General Beatrix was a temporary player character from Final Fantasy IX. She was the top general and most trusted warrior of the army of Alexandria, and does not like to take a back seat to anyone, especially Kuja and his Black Mages. She at first appeared loyal only to Queen Brahne. However, she was convinced her first priority was protecting the citizens of Alexandria and was respected among warriors all around the world as the finest of them all.
During the Dissidian Wars, Beatrix worked initially for the Chaos Warriors but eventually decided that she would rather protect people rather than destroy and defected to the side of Cosmos where she held a guard post for Cosmos. She was eventually struck down by Kuja, her replacement on the Chaos side.
Attire[]
Beatrix's normal attire is based off her FFIX appearance, her clothing consists of a red and white sleeveless duster with a rose embroidered on the back and a pair of reddish-brown leggings tucked within a pair of armored boots. She wears armored gloves and additional armor on her left arm. She also wears a silver bandana-like eye patch over her right eye. In EX Mode she equips her signature sword Save-the-Queen and gains additional armour.
Her 2nd Outfit 'Holy Knight' is based more on her original artwork acting as a palette Swap – White Armour and Duster, and a different style eyepatch with a more ornate bandana.
Her 3rd Outfit 'Soldieress' dresses Beatrix in the uniform of the generic Alexandrian Soldiers with the helmet serving to hide her eye.
