Marche Radiuju is the main protagonist of Final Fantasy Tactics Advance, in the game, he is a simple child who has just moved to the town of St. Ivalice. He is quickly drawn into a chain of events leading up to St. Ivalice being transformed into the magical world of Ivalice, based off the of Mewt's game Final Fantasy. He then meets Montblanc, a moogle who helps him get adjusted to the new world. They then set off on their quest to revert Ivalice back into St. Ivalice, with nearly all of the characters attempting to stop them along the way, wanting the world to stay the way it is.

During the Dissidian Wars, Marche attempts to try and end the cycles of battle, he was a seasoned warrior and knew about the process. He is constantly stopped by his rival and fellow warrior of Cosmos Ritz Malheur, who wants the world to stay the way it is, eventually they come to an agreement and take up arms against Ultima and the Li-Grim along with Luso Clemens, Ramza Beoulve, and other characters from their franchise. Once they successfully defeat them, the Tactics crystal shatters, permanently removing all of them from the cycles of battle.

In EX Mode, he gains a holy aura and his clothes become white.


Marche is described as a Status Soldier, he uses powerful, clumsy attacks on the enemy that disable certain abilities.

Brave Attacks

Downsize Ground Close Physical

Shrinks the size of Marche's sword and delivers three quick stabs to the enemy.

Monkey Grip Ground Mid Physical

Doubles the size of Marche's sword, and clumsily swings it above him before slamming it down vertically in front of him.

Mindbreak  Aerial Close/ Dive Physical

Swings down vertically on the opponent from above, temporarily disabling the enemy's magical attacks (minus chase) if it connects. Cancels any other break currently in effect.

Gravbreak Aerial Mid Physical

Marche launches himself at the opponent while holding the judge sword in front of him, temporarily disables the enemy's jumping if it connects. Cannot be afflicted if another break already exists.

Magic Block
Body Slam Aerial Close/ Dive Physical Marche begins freefalling, carrying the enemy with him if it connects and deals damage to them as they fall. Can aim with joystick. Lasts until the button is released or until he hits the ground. Wallrush

EX Mode - Job Augment-Paladin!

Knight Combo EX Burst

Input the commands in sets of 5 buttons when they appear!

Marche uppercuts the enemy into the EX Area, then rushes towards them as a blinking image, slashing them twice then throwing the judge sword into the air. He then jumps into the air and begins charging, the input appears. On a perfect input he charges the judge sword back, then uses Holy, firing several small orbs of light at the opponent, then throwing the judge sword at the enemy, striking them three times. He then crashes down on the opponent with the sword, ending the EX Burst.

On an imperfect execution. he starts diving down to the opponent, striking them once as he lands then twice more, then spinning around and hitting them once more to deal HP Damage, ending the EX Burst.


Marche can equip Swords, Greatswords, Bows, Instruments, Guns, Shields, Large Shields, Hats, Helms, Clothing, Light Armour, Heavy Armour and Chestplates.
