Riku was the deuteragonist of the Kingdom Hearts series. He is a Keyblade wielder that has both the powers of Light and Darkness due to his past corruption, for this reason he insists that he walks the path of 'Dawn'. He was always ready to sacrifice himself to protect his friends and vowed never to fall into darkness again.
Riku’s basic attire is based off of his appearance in KHII. In EX Mode, Riku equips the Way to the Dawn Keyblade
His alternative costume 'Dream of Darkness' has Riku in his KHDDD attire.
His 3rd costume 'Path of Darkness' dresses him in his original KHI clothes. In EX Mode, Riku transforms into his Dark Mode - a form-fitting bodysuit that appears to be made of black muscle tissue.
The DLC costume 'Heart of Darkness' has Riku appear as he did between KHCoM and KHII - blindfolded and wearing the Organisation Coat. In EX Mode, Riku appears as Riku-Ansem with Ansem's face replacing his.
Riku’s manikin Sealed Dawn is Silver and Light Blue
Riku is a Lock Breaker who fights in a similar way to his rival in that he tries to break guards, however, Riku breaks his opponent’s blocks and guards by attacking with long combo chains and if timed correctly some of his attacks can be repeated several times in a row before dealing a final blow. However, as his attacks rely on timing, his attacks can be weaker than others can and if not timed right can lead him finishing short.
Leap upwards and rain several orbs of darkness down at opponent. Can stun opponent.
Creates a momentary shield of light which can block most long-range attacks and reflect some projectile attacks.
Knock the opponent into the air (or further into the air) before charging at them and slamming them down to the ground, can initiate a chase
Charges at the opponent and rapidly spins with Keyblade held outwards. Charge to spin longer. Has a slight absorbing effect.
Discharge a stream of black flames at opponent. Can charge for larger flames and be repeatedly used without charging
Fires a series of light orbs at opponent which home in and spiral round opponent. Can initiate a chase
Launches a series of jabs, and then can be followed by pressing [Square] to execute a series of quick jabbing attacks, can Wall Rush for extra damage
Throws a light blade like a boomerang. If timed right, Riku can keep summoning and throwing blades at the opponent until he is up to five Blades in a cycle
Rush enemies repeatedly with blade in hand. Finish off by stabbing Soul Eater into the ground for a column of light that stuns the enemy.
Riku swings his Keyblade several times to unleash a series of long-range slashes. Can be Wall Rushed for additional damage
Brave to HP Attacks
(Chained from Dark Break/Firaga) Teleport a short distance and charge at opponent with a pulse of darkness while also stabbing at them. Can be repeatedly used until successfully connecting or blocked.
(Chained from Maelstrom) Summons a series of energy swords that spin rapidly around Riku several times before shooting off in different directions. If timed properly pressing [Square] will continue the spinning
(Chained from Holy Burst)Fires several rounds of light orbs which converge on the opponent and hit the opponent from several directions

Attacks require no charge times and attack chains automatically deal the first few hits without the players intervention
Riku throws his Keyblade into the air, which fires down beams of light and darkness at opponent. Reaction Commands pop up. The player has to press [Triangle] in time with the commands successfully three times to make Riku finish with All’s End - where the opponent is consumed by an explosion of light, otherwise Riku finishes with Dark Aura
